Material costs move. Any number older than 60 days is re-confirmed with suppliers and subcontractors before it goes into a contract.

Paperwork you can audit
Monthly AIA G702/G703 pay applications against a schedule of values, with subcontractor lien waivers attached to each one.
Compliance and quality commitments
- Commercial contractors in Minnesota register with the Department of Labor and Industry under the Construction Contractor Registration Program; our registration can be checked in the DLI online system.
- Electrical and plumbing work is performed by Minnesota-licensed electrical and plumbing contractors under their own licenses.
- Work is designed and inspected to the 2020 Minnesota State Building Code and the 2024 Minnesota Commercial Energy Code, with permits pulled through your city.
- A certificate of insurance and, where required, a bonding letter are issued for each project before contract signing.
- Pre-lien notices are delivered within the 45 days required by Minn. Stat. § 514.011, and every payment is matched with lien waivers.
