What to include in your email
- Site address and whether you own or lease the building
- Current building size and the space you need (square feet, clear height, docks)
- What runs inside: production, storage, cold rooms, vehicles
- The date you need to be operating, and any fixed shutdown periods
- Drawings, surveys or photos if you have them (helpful, not required)
What happens next

Within one business day we reply with questions and two or three dates for a site walk.
- 02
If you want a budget, we send the $2,500 Site & Budget Review agreement for signature.
- 03
Ten business days after the walk you receive a scope memo, budget and schedule outline.
